Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026

This policy explains how Adacious (“Adacious,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through getadacious.com (the “site”) and through email you send us. It does not cover the Adacious advertising platform or publisher SDK, which are governed by the agreements we sign with customers and partners.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, for example to request a demo or apply to become a design partner, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever else you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate and manage design-partner and customer relationships, send you information you have asked for, operate and secure the site, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting and email providers), under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify you, including publicly and for our marketing and sales purposes. Examples include the number of site visitors from a particular state or country, or product suggestions that contain no personal information. These examples are illustrative, not a complete list.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy [at] getadacious [dot] com. Depending on where you live, including California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, which is intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, email privacy [at] getadacious [dot] com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time, at our discretion. We announce changes by publishing the updated policy on this page and changing the effective date above. Changes take effect on that date.
